Applications

Storage Instructions	The lyophilized product remains stable for 1 year at -20℃ from the date of receipt. Upon reconstitution, it can be stored for 2-3 weeks at 2-8℃ or for 12 months at -20℃ or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.

Target Background

Atezolizumab is a fully humanized monoclonal antibody that is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It binds to the protein programmed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) on several tumors. Atezolizumab has ability to block the binding of PD-L1 with PD-1 and CD80 receptors (B7-1Rs), which has a positive effect on improving an anti-tumor response.GenScript MonoRab™ Anti-Atezolizumab Antibody (55D8), mAb, Rabbit is produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of partner and B-lymphocytes obtained from a rabbit immunized with Atezolizumab.
