Signosis' Oxidative Damage ELISA Combo Kit enables simultaneous measurement of three key oxidative stress biomarkers – 8-OHdG, 8-iso-PGF2α, and OxLDL – in a single 96-well plate with 32 tests for each marker. Using highly sensitive and specific ELISA-based detection, the kit quantifies oxidative DNA damage, lipid peroxidation, and lipoprotein oxidation in biological fluids such as urine, plasma/serum, and cell media. This kit provides a comprehensive, plate-based solution for assessing long-term and systemic oxidative injury in models of cardiovascular disease, metabolic disorders, neurodegeneration, aging, and therapeutic intervention studies. Used downstream of ROS and antioxidant measurements, the kit enables researchers to confirm whether candidate interventions actually reduce DNA and lipid damage in the very same samples, providing stronger, mechanism linked evidence of efficacy in preclinical and translational studies.
 
Provides a broad view of oxidative injury by measuring 8‑OHdG, 8‑iso‑PGF2α, and OxLDL in one plate.
Well suited for long-term or systemic oxidative damage studies in major chronic diseases and aging.
Shows whether treatments lower DNA and lipid damage in the same samples used for ROS/antioxidant assays.

For analyzing cell and tissue lysates, additional procedures are necessary for preparing the sample and we recommend using the single marker kits (EA-7085, EA-7086) for this purpose.
